3.How to give gifts to achieve the best results

"Choose what you like" is the most basic principle of gift giving. When you do not understand the preferences of the other party, you can choose crafts with national characteristics. Chinese kites, erhu, flutes, paper-cuts, chopsticks, stamps, Facebook, calligraphy, and tea are often favored by foreign friends.

In addition, when giving a gift to a customer, it is best to leave your own name or logo on the gift. This will impress the customer. After the gift is sent, you must send an email to the customer in time.

Be careful in peak season shipments, prudence is the last word

1.Inform the delivery date to be cautious

Shipments are made in high season, and when the factory is busy, various situations may occur. Tell the customer that the delivery date must be reserved for a few more days, and tell the customer how many working days the delivery time is, but production will be arranged as soon as possible to strive for early shipment.

2. Pay attention when reporting freight

The freight rate fluctuates greatly during the peak season, and the shipping fee must be added to the validity period, and it must be emphasized that the freight rate fluctuates because of the peak season, and the customer's instructions are subject to the final freight bill. It is forbidden to say the price is dead, then it will be difficult to work with customers.

3.Be prepared before shipment

Keep in touch with the workshop and know the progress of the goods;
Take more photos to save the bottom, real-time and customer feedback;
Notify the customer in advance of the delivery, and the payment will be delivered;
Order the quantity before delivery and confirm the quality of the large goods;
Stick the packing logo to avoid the trouble of customs clearance;
Check the packaging, and strengthen the packaging for bulk shipping and air transportation.

4. Delivery delay, how to inform customers

Please remember two points: inform the reserved time of the delivery period and follow up the production progress in real time. In this way, customers can be notified of delivery delays earlier. Tell customers one or two days before shipping, they are really disgusted. Temporarily only informed that in addition to the accident, it will make them feel irresponsible.

5. Freight outages, how to comfort customers

If there is a short position, you should hold it for the first time, and you don't need to rush to tell the customer. Freight forwarders have many channels at their disposal, and you also need to use all the resources at your disposal to find out whether you can change channels without changing the freight.
