About IAL Karachi booking and documentation requirements
1. Booking Port:
The PMX route KARACHI port calls at two terminals, namely KICT and PICT. Before booking, please confirm with the customer to arrange the booking. The following is the port code of the booking agent system (ie the entry code) for reference

2. Bill of lading requirements:
1) The product name requires HS CODE,
Format: HS CODE: XXXX.XX (FOR EXAMPLE 1920.40)
2) Request to display each cabinetnet weight
Requirements: Net Weight = Cargo Weight excluding Packing
3) Complete Shipper Addresses.
4) Complete Consignee Addressesrecipient address.
If Consignee is a Bank, the notifier must display Complete Consignee Addresses.
5) UN No. and Class must be submitted in the name of dangerous goods;
6) Do not accept any form of post;
7) For other document requirements, please continue to refer to the notice issued by our company before: Notes on bill of lading confirmation (Annex 2)
3. Other:
1) Customs regulations at the destination port require PACKING LIST & INVOCE; Commercial invoice / Packing List of the shipment should be pasted on Inner side of the container door.
2) Cargoes transferred from KARACHI to Afghanistan will not be accepted; therefore, please note that the following information must not be displayed on the bill of lading;
A. Consignee: Afghanistan address be mentioned (Consignee's address is in Afghanistan)
B. Description: Cargo in Transit to Afghanistan (Cargo in Transit to Afghanistan on the Description)
