Note: The customs clearance time of Karachi port is too long!

Mr. Sarhadi asked for the immediate withdrawal of these expenses. He said that according to the instructions of the Federal Revenue Commission, the Karachi port carried out 100% inspections of transit trade containers, and the additional truck inspections of Tokam border slowed Pakistan's mutual trade with Afghanistan. And transit trade.

   SCCI leaders require a five percent container inspection at Karachi Port to speed up bilateral and transit trade.

   They also called for the installation of more scanners at the port and signed tracking system agreements with many companies.

   SCCI leaders stated that customs clearance and inspection of transit trade containers and trucks should be accelerated at the border of Karachi Port and Tokham.

   They called for the demolition of the "illegal" terminal in the Mattani area near Bara tehsil.

   SCCI leaders are also seeking permission to move empty trucks and containers stranded in Afghanistan to the Tokam border for continued shipment to Karachi.
