1. The total mass of the truck is not limited to 46 tons.

2. The over-limit portion does not exceed 5% of the recognized standard, and it will be temporarily handled as an over-limit overload.

Considering that there may be some errors in the use of weighing detection facilities (equipment), the results of weighing inspection of trucks are not greater than 105% of the identified standard, that is, those exceeding the limit does not exceed 5% of the identified standard, and will be temporarily treated as overloaded. .

3. For two-axle trucks with a total cargo weight not exceeding 18 tons, they shall not be prohibited from passing through the expressway on the grounds of exceeding the limit.

In view of the large number of two-axle trucks, the wide range and complexity of the situation. Relevant departments are currently studying and formulating special governance programs. Prior to the unified deployment of relevant departments for special governance, two-axle trucks with a total mass of less than 18 tons of vehicles and goods shall not be banned from passing highways on the grounds of exceeding the limit. At the same time, it is necessary to do a good job of collecting and analyzing relevant data to provide support for the next step of special governance.

4. At present, we focus on weighing and testing the total quality of the cargo and goods.
