El Salvador
According to the regulations passed by ICAO, El Salvador’s outgoing international mail rejected any package containing lithium batteries.
Therefore, shipments containing lithium batteries will not be transferred to other destination countries through El Salvador and will not be returned to the country of origin. Items containing lithium batteries sent to El Salvador cannot be served on the recipient for any reason and will not be returned to their country of origin and will be dealt with under national law.

United Arab Emirates
The country requires that since January 1, 2018, the total value of goods entering the United Arab Emirates will be subject to a 5% value-added tax (VAT), which will be paid by the consignee. This provision applies to all shipments.
According to the regulations of the UPU, customs declaration forms (CN22/CN23/CN23 EMS) must be attached to the shipment and must specify each item in the article. Compliance with these regulations will help speed customs clearance. Failure to do so may cause delays and affect service quality.

Bolivia
According to Supreme Decree No. 3495, which came into force on March 1, 2018, Empresa de Correos de Bolivia has been dissolved and Agencia Boliviana de Correos formed the company as its postal service.
The new postal company currently needs the necessary administrative procedures. Therefore, until March 19, 2018, all shipments from the King Bolivia were suspended.
Please senders carefully check their own goods and other information to avoid the goods can not be cleared.
