China Tariff Adjustment Plan was announced in 2023!

The specific content is as follows:



1. From January 1, 2023, my country's adjustment and export tariffs will be adjusted in China



In order to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the decision -making deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and give full play to the role of tariffs as the domestic and international dual -cycle connections, to open up a high -level openness to build a new development pattern and achieve high -quality development, approved by the State Council, and approved by the State Council.The State Council Customs Customs Committee issued an announcement that the import and export tariffs on some commodities will be adjusted in 2023.



In order to enhance the two resource linkage effects of the two domestic and international markets, starting from January 1, 2023, my country will implement the tentative tax rate for imports lower than the most benefit rate of products.The first is to ensure the health of the people, reduce the economic burden of patients, and implement zero tariffs on some anti -cancer drug raw materials, anti -new coronary virus drug raw materials, and town cancer pain drugs to reduce import tariffs on medical supplies such as ingredients, blood vessel stent raw materials, and contrast agents.



The second is to comply with the trend of consumption upgrade, to meet the consumer needs of residents with high quality, and reduce the import tariffs on small appliances such as coffee machines, juice, hair dryers, etc.



The third is to strengthen resource supply capacity, enhance the toughness of the supply chain of the industrial chain, and implement zero tariffs on potassium fertilizer, non -forged cobalt, etc., and reduce import tariffs on products such as paper products and boric acid.



The fourth is to promote the innovation and development of advanced manufacturing, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the industry, and reduce the import tariffs such as lithium steamate, electronic ink screen, fuel cell oxidation, and wind power generator roller bearings.



From January 1, 2023, according to the changes in the development of domestic industries and supply and demand, within the scope of the commitment to join the World Trade Organization in my country, it will increase the import and export tariffs of some commodities.Among them, chestnuts, licorice and its products, large tires, sugarcane harvesters, etc. cancel the temporary tax rate of imports and restore the implementation of the most benefiting national tax rate; in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of related industries and high -quality development, the export tariffs on aluminum and aluminum alloy are improved.



Starting from July 1, 2023, my country will also implement the eighth step of tax cuts on the most interest rate of 62 information technology products.After the adjustment, my country's total tariff level will be reduced from 7.4%to 7.3%.



In order to expand the global high -standard free trade zone network, continue to promote high -level opening to the outside world, and promote the construction of an open world economy, according to the free trade agreement and preferential trade arrangements signed by my country or related countries or regions, the 19 Agreement will be paid in 2023. The tax rate of some commodities in 29 countries or regions under items and regions.Among them, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) and the effectiveness of the agreement on Indonesia, from January 2, 2023, the RCEP agreement tax rate will be implemented on some of the products native to Indonesia.



In 2023, we continued to implement a special tax rate for the most developed countries that have established diplomatic relations with me and completed the replacement procedures to support and help the least developed countries to accelerate development.

Tariff adjustment plan in 2023



1. Import tariff rate



(1) Import tentative tax rate.



Implement the import tax rate for 1020 products (excluding tariff quota goods); the tax rate for imports of 7 coal products will be implemented until March 31, 2023, and the most benefiting national tax rate will be resumed from April 1, 2023;The tentative tax rate for the expansion of the product agreement to expand the product will be implemented until June 30, 2023, and the most benefiting national tax rate will be implemented from July 1, 2023, with a tax rate of zero (see attached 1).



(2) The most benefiting national tax rate.



1. (4) Agreement tax rate.



1. According to the free trade agreement and preferential trade arrangements that have signed and effective in related countries or regions in my country, it implements the agreement tax rate for some imported goods in 29 countries or regions under the 19 agreement:



The first is to further tax in accordance with China and New Zealand, Peru, Costa Rica, Switzerland, Iceland, South Korea, Australia, Pakistan, Mauritius, Cambodia, and the "Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement" (RCEP); in accordance with relevant regulations, China-ChinaSince July 1, 2023, the Swiss Free Trade Agreement has expanded the tax rate on the apprehending agreement on some information technology agreements.

2. Export tariff rate
